A little after the release of Viewer 2.0, LL has revamped their TOS, which has gone from about 7500 words to about 30 000 spread over almost 20 different documents, all of which you must agree to before being able to enter SL... Probably this hasn't done much to help the "comprehensability" of the TOS, but what about the actual content? (of course, you all read every document you agree to, right? Right??)?
This article on massively seems to offer a comprehensive view on the changes. Interesting is that the infamous "for any or all" clause is now changed into something more nuanced, and also some things regarding copyright, reproduction rights, machinima etc are more specific then they used to be. Changes will now go into effect 30 days after notification (instead of instantly). This excludes the total shutdown of SL though: they still reserve the right to pull the plug without any advance notice...
What's your take on it?

Haha, i love this quote from Massively:
